        双导耐高温发热电缆采用双层绝缘技术,该产品非常适用于管道及罐体保温和防冻,也可用于融雪系统和土壤加热、大棚恒温等领域。通过尾部折回电源芯线,自成回路,形成双导单发热结构。

双导耐高温发热电缆:双层绝缘阶段

       通过多年的市场调研,根据市场需求,伊思特公司研制出了可适应各种恶劣采暖环境的双导耐高温发热电缆。

       双导耐高温发热电缆的指标远远高于国家标准,其意义在于:用普通发热电缆组成的电地暖在其上面不能用地毯作为装饰物,否则由于温度升高热量散不出来引起发热电缆故障,最终导致发热电缆不制热。伊思特双导耐高温发热电缆可大大延长在恶劣环境中的使用寿命,伊思特公司的破坏性实验数据如下:发热芯线140℃,地毯下面温度为100℃,地毯表面温度48℃,地毯厚度为10mm,实验时间为180X24小时不间断连续通电,耐高温发热电缆仍在继续工作,而对照组实验的发热电缆在同等条件下覆盖地毯后通电11天就已经破坏,不再制热。
